Most of the time my blower does not work but it comes on about once a week, in high I think but not very strong. I replaced the fan resistor but that didn't help. The kit that Toyota recommends is 87138-04070 (resistor) and wiring adapter (82141-04Q80). This resistor has the terminals in a square pattern rather than a line.
